Shirley created a 20 minute audio to help support my daughter for her upcoming driving test. Shirley has a beautiful, well paced voice and the audio definitely helped her during her test, as she recalled words of encouragement and support as soon as she sat behind the wheel. An amazing tool that really helped my daughter’s nervous system leading up to and during her test. It was a brilliant reframe and rewire of her brain that set her up for success. I had my first session with Shirley just 5 days ago! I was at the end of my tether from not being able to get to sleep..... although being totally exhausted. That same night I slept through the entire night.... and have been sleeping through every night since . It honestly feels like a switch has been flipped in my brain and the dreaded nights are no more. I didn't realise the weight and worry I was carrying in my mind! I have now been given the method to park those thoughts outside the bedroom door . I know it's early days but with Shirley's help I know I will progress further. I can highly recommend this brilliant, most competent, kind, professional lady.
Shirley has been working with our 13 year old daughter who has issues with switching off and getting to sleep. We had one joint call and Shirley put her at ease, got to know her and explained the process. Our daughter then had 3 more sessions, during which she felt so relaxed that she worried she was going to fall asleep. They worked on some techniques in addition to the hypnotherapy. They focussed on her sub conscious and Shirley shared several tips and routines. She also recorded a personal audio that I was able to download and forward to our daughter. The whole process has been virtual rather than in person, and this helped to relax our daughter as she was lying in her own bed. I would highly recommend Shirley for any adults or children that need a little help and we also have the audio for future use. It was felt that no more sessions are needed at this time, but we know that Shirley is only a phone call away.
